Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our products are shipped directly from our global logistics partners. Depending on your location, delivery may take:

  • Canada & United States: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

Please allow additional time for customs clearance or unexpected delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 days to reflect, depending on the carrier.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local courier service disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Try-ons are okay, but items showing signs of wear (e.g. stretched, stained, or scented) will not be accepted.
  • Sale items and accessories such as bags or jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at hello@wearsooa.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges & Order Cancellations

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Order cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
